The Orlando Project www.ualberta.ca/orlando

Position involved research and editing, as well as html/sgml tagging and clean-up for this international project documenting the history of women’s writing in the British Isles.

2001—2002

The Black Sparrow Press Archive

Creation of a detailed bibliographic inventory, database and published text of materials held in the University of Alberta's Bruce Peel Special Collections. The archive consists of the first 94 publications of the Black Sparrow Press including manuscripts, correspondence, design and print proofs, artwork and publications. Untouched for almost 30 years, this project afforded an incredible opportunity to study and absorb the fine design, printing and production of this cutting edge American publisher.
